Thankfully my work/life balance was more sustainable last month and there were plenty of London highlights! My first Sofar sounds, hosted in a public library, was amongst the best gigs I’ve ever been to. These intimate gigs take place around the world, so check if any are near you! 🎤🎸
I also knocked an item off my bucket list…experiencing a sensory deprivation tank! It felt a little strange, silently floating in darkness for an hour…but extremely mindful and chill. 🌊🔇
I’m in India this week, meeting work colleagues in Pune before exploring Mumbai! 🌏

Simple airport security tip
This will either be suuper obvious, or a game changer for streamlining your airport security wait! Whilst in the security queue, transfer all metal objects from your pants pockets to your jacket pockets to avoid having to individually place these items in & out of the security box. (Reactions to this tip have ranged from: “Amazing!” to “Duuh, everybody does that!”)
